Following Caledonia's conservation subdivision regulations, the PPHOA covenants and by-laws, and finalized through a homeowners majority vote, the following requirements for fences has been established:
• All fences must be black with aluminum or iron construction.
• The fence must be 48” high – no more or less.
• The fence can only be from the back of the house foundation to the rear of the lot, not including any area subject to an easement.
• The fence must be professionally installed.
• The homeowner must obtain a survey of the lot with the fence on the rendering.
• Two copies of the survey and a picture of the fence to be installed must be presented to the Prairie Pathways Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to receive a signed approval as required by the Village of Caledonia.
• A fence construction permit must be obtained from the village of Caledonia
Can I have a swimming pool or hot tub?
In-ground swimming Pools and Hot Tubs are allowed with the approval from the Architectural Control Committee and must be constructed in conformity within the ordinances and restrictions of the Village of Caledonia and County of Racine. NO ABOVE GROUND POOLS are permitted. Please see
