ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC)

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is composed of Homeowner’s Association Board members charged with the task of ensuring uniformity of building and alterations to buildings or lots within the subdivision.

The ACC is in place to ensure that no structure shall be erected, placed, or altered on any lot until the building plans, landscape plans, specifications and plot plan (as necessary) showing the location thereof have been approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee as to quality, materials, harmony of external design and colors with the existing and planned structures, and as to location with respect to topography, neighboring homes, setbacks, finished grade elevations, easements (both utility and conservation), driveways and plantings.

Further information on architectural issues can be found in the Restrictive Covenants Section V and for sheds and accessory buildings Section XXIV.
